At Jenifer’s property in Renton, we transformed two bathrooms and a storage cabinet with a comprehensive makeover. The project began with a 3D design consultation to finalize the vision. We then conducted a complete demolition, removing outdated fixtures, cabinets, and countertops to prepare for the renovation.
In the master bathroom, we updated the plumbing with PEX pipes, installed a shower valve system with a centered drain, and added a free-standing tub. The electrical system was upgraded with a new exhaust fan, vanity light fixtures, GFCI outlets, switches, and recessed lighting. Custom framing was done for a walk-in shower, including a shampoo niche, a bench, a 5ft wall for the toilet, and a window frame. The shower area was waterproofed and tiled, with all fixtures carefully installed, including a custom glass shower door.
The second bathroom received similar upgrades, including new plumbing, electrical work, and tile installation. Additionally, we removed the old carpet, installed new trims and baseboards, and replaced the carpet with new flooring. The storage cabinet makeover featured the installation of 13 new matte flat white pull-out drawers, creating a modern and functional storage solution for Jane’s home.
