Operations Manager

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site
Reports to: Owner
Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 + margin bonus

You’ll own how the work actually gets built — the sub bench, the master schedule, and the gap between what we sold and what we deliver. This isn’t one project. It’s all of them.

What you’ll own

  • The sub and vendor bench — who we hire, what they’re paid, who gets cut
  • The production schedule across every active project
  • Gross margin in the field, change orders signed before work starts
  • The project coordinators — training, standards, weekly one-on-ones

What we need

  • 5+ years running residential construction or remodeling operations
  • A real subcontractor network in Puget Sound, or a track record of building one
  • You can read a job cost report and say where the money went
  • You’ve hired, coached and let people go
  • Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore or similar

Sales / Project Manager

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site · 6 openings
Base: $50,000 – $65,000
On-target earnings: $125,000 – $170,000

We supply the leads — no cold calling, no door knocking. You sit with homeowners we’ve already booked for you, scope the project, price it honestly — and then you stay on that job and manage it through completion.

What you’ll own

  • Running the appointments we book for you, and closing them
  • A scope and a price our crews can actually build at
  • Managing your own projects after the sale — you don’t hand the client off, you stay with them
  • Design coordination with our interior designer during the sale
  • Change orders priced and signed before the work happens

What we need

  • In-home sales experience — remodeling, roofing, windows or home services
  • Comfortable talking six-figure projects at a kitchen table
  • Enough construction knowledge to scope and run a job without guessing
  • You can carry a sale and a schedule at the same time
  • You follow up. Most of this job is follow-up.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Interior Designer

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site
Reports to: General Manager
Pay: $75,000 – $95,000

Take homeowners from the first design meeting through final material sign-off, and hand our crews a package they can build from without guessing.

What you’ll own

  • Client design and selections, start to finish
  • Kitchen and bath layouts, cabinet design, finish and fixture specification
  • Renderings and plan sets that help close the sale
  • Keeping selections ahead of the build schedule, not behind it

What we need

  • 3+ years designing residential remodels for a builder or design-build firm
  • You produce real 2D construction documents, not just renderings
  • AutoCAD, 2020 Design, SketchUp or Chief Architect
  • You’ve specced a cabinet order and had it come back right

Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Pay: $60,000 – $78,000

We’re doing beautiful work and almost nobody sees it. Your job is to fix that — camera in hand, on our job sites, every week.

What you’ll own

  • A weekly filming route through our active job sites
  • Before-and-afters, process, crew, the craft behind the finish
  • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok — calendar, posting, comments and DMs
  • A photo library our sales team and website can pull from

What we need

  • 2+ years shooting and editing short-form video people actually watched
  • You own a camera and can light a room that isn’t finished yet
  • Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or similar — and you’re fast
  • Comfortable on a construction site, in boots, in the mud

General Manager

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site
Reports to: Owner
Pay: $130,000 – $165,000 + profit share

The number two seat. You’ll run the department managers day to day so the owner can work on the business instead of inside it.

What you’ll own

  • Business development — partners, referral sources, repeat and past-client revenue
  • Recruiting and retention across the whole company
  • The weekly management rhythm and every manager’s number
  • Escalation — anything a manager can’t solve lands with you

What we need

  • 7+ years leading operations or general management in construction or home services
  • You’ve managed managers, not just individual contributors
  • You read a P&L and can say what to do about it
  • You’ve built a hiring process that actually produced good hires

Sales Manager

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site
Base: $85,000 – $100,000
On-target earnings: $175,000 – $235,000

Build and run a sales team that puts up serious volume. This is a support-and-drive seat — your job is to make every rep on the floor sell more than they could on their own.

What you’ll own

  • High-volume monthly signed revenue — the team’s number is your number
  • Supporting the reps: ride-alongs, live deal help, closing the ones that stall
  • Hiring, ramping and coaching the sales team
  • The sales process: the appointment, the pricing conversation, the close
  • A weekly forecast we can plan production and cash around

What we need

  • A track record of driving high sales volume through a team, with numbers you can show us
  • 5+ years managing an in-home or outside sales team, ideally home services
  • You’ve personally hired and ramped reps who went on to produce
  • You ride along and support — you don’t manage from a spreadsheet
  • CRM discipline is something you enforce, not something you complain about

Project Coordinator

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time, on-site
Reports to: Operations Manager
Pay: $65,000 – $85,000

Run a book of eight to twelve active projects — scheduling the trades, tracking materials, and being the person the homeowner hears from every week.

What you’ll own

  • Day-to-day running of your own projects
  • Scheduling subs and inspections, ordering and tracking materials
  • The weekly client update that stops the phone from ringing
  • Permits, change orders, selections, daily logs and punch lists

What we need

  • 2+ years coordinating residential construction or remodeling projects
  • Organized to the point that it annoys people, in a good way
  • Buildertrend or similar construction management software
  • You’d rather over-communicate than let a client wonder

Architect

Location: Renton, WA
Type: Full-time or contract
Reports to: General Manager
Pay: $115,000 – $140,000

Additions, ADUs and whole-house remodels are a growing share of our work, and we want the drawings done in-house. Open to a salaried seat or an ongoing contract.

What you’ll own

  • Additions, ADUs, structural modifications and whole-house remodels
  • Permit sets across King, Pierce and Snohomish jurisdictions
  • Structural engineer and consultant coordination
  • Code and zoning feasibility before a project gets sold

What we need

  • Licensed architect in Washington, or eligible for reciprocity
  • Residential remodel and addition experience, not just ground-up
  • You know how Eastside and Seattle permit counters differ
  • AutoCAD or Revit
