Bathroom Remodel Sammamish

Scope of work

Bathroom Remodeling Sammamish, this project involves complete renovations, including demolition, plumbing, electrical work, and new fixtures.

The old bathroom components, including tiles, vanity, plumbing fixtures, shower, tub, and flooring, will be completely removed. This is to clear the space for new installations. Demolition may also involve removing old drywall or ceiling materials that may need to be replaced. After demolition, all debris, old fixtures, tiles, and materials will be responsibly disposed of, ensuring the site is clean and safe to begin the remodeling work.

The new freestanding bathtub will be positioned and installed, requiring plumbing connections for hot and cold water supply and drainage. This tub will serve as a luxury feature and be a focal point of the bathroom. A new double sink vanity will be installed to replace the old one, which provides more counter space and storage for the bathroom. Plumbing will be connected for both sinks, allowing for independent use. The existing toilet will be replaced with a smart toilet, which could feature heated seats, automatic flushing, bidet functions, and even self-cleaning options. This requires installation of the plumbing to support its advanced features.

The electrical system will be updated to accommodate smart features such as automated lighting, motion sensors, or Wi-Fi-connected devices that can be controlled from a smartphone or smart home system. The bathroom will include an LED mirror with integrated lighting. These mirrors often feature adjustable brightness settings, defogging capabilities, and touch controls, offering a more modern and functional addition to the bathroom.

New water-resistant tiles will be installed for the flooring. These could be porcelain, ceramic, or natural stone tiles, all of which are durable, easy to clean, and ideal for wet environments like bathrooms.

A new working shower with a curb will be installed. The shower will be designed to ensure proper water flow and containment. The curb (raised edge) will keep the water inside the shower, preventing it from spilling onto the floor. The freestanding tub will be placed in the desired location in the bathroom. This installation involves proper plumbing connections for water supply and drainage.
