For Bernadete’s property in Federal Way, we completed a full bathroom renovation, transforming the master bathroom into a modern, functional, and stylish space.
We began the bathroom renovation with a complete demolition, removing old cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures. The remodel included extending the shower, adding a custom shampoo niche, and upgrading the plumbing with PEX pipes, a new shower valve, and a hand-held shower system.
The electrical work involved installing a new fan, replacing the vanity light fixture, adding GFCI outlets and switches, and installing two recessed LED lights for optimal illumination. Waterproofing was meticulously applied, with lath paper, wire mesh, and cement boards installed on the shower walls to ensure durability. The tile installation covered the shower walls from floor to ceiling, including accent tiles as per the design, and a new tile floor was laid.
