At Angela’s home in Bellevue, we completed a comprehensive basement remodeling project. We started by installing plumbing connections for the washer and dryer, ensuring all connections were tested for leaks and functionality. The electrical update included new wiring to support a basement kitchen, a cooktop, microwave hood, dishwasher, fridge, heat pump A/C unit, and stacked washer/dryer, with additional circuits added as needed.
The basement was transformed with a stylish backsplash, high-quality luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installed throughout, including in 16 stairs and a storage room. We removed the popcorn ceiling efficiently and cleanly, installed new MDF baseboards, and painted the drywall with a fresh finish. The kitchen received a full remodel with new cabinetry, a prefab countertop, and new sink and faucet installations. We also added dedicated electrical lines for the cooktop and stove and installed new interior and exterior doors.
Every detail, from framing and baseboard installation to the final touches of paint and flooring, was executed with precision, ensuring a modern and functional update to Ingrid’s basement.
