This completed kitchen remodeling project in Edmonds, WA focused on improving both the structure and functionality of the space while delivering a clean, modern finish. The project began with a detailed 3D design rendering that allowed the homeowner to visualize the final kitchen layout, materials, lighting placement, and overall flow before construction started.

The renovation required structural modifications to support the updated kitchen design, including rebuilding the ceiling and relocating electrical components to improve lighting and functionality. These adjustments ensured the new layout met both design goals and safety requirements while creating a more open and balanced kitchen space.

A full kitchen demolition was completed, including the removal of existing cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and fixtures. All plumbing, electrical, and gas lines were safely disconnected and capped. The space was carefully prepared to maintain a clean, safe work environment throughout the remodel.

Plumbing upgrades included dedicated water supply and drainage for the dishwasher, along with proper installation and alignment of the kitchen sink and faucet. These updates supported the new cabinetry, countertop, tile flooring, and backsplash layout.

To complete the kitchen, a custom backsplash was installed with careful surface preparation, precise tile alignment, and proper grouting and sealing. Walls and ceilings were painted with multiple coats of the selected finish, resulting in a bright, cohesive kitchen that blends structural improvements with modern design and everyday functionality.
